Please note that due to the impact of the process of upgrading CIC Public Chain 2.0, it caused the unusual of synchronization data between CI Chain and EzcoinPro Exchange. Dated on 8th and 9th April 2019, some user’s accounts might have repeated deposits and withdrawals of CIC.
EzcoinPro received the notice from CIC about the issue, and we are working on the investigation and rectification of the unusual data, and accounts that have repeated deposits and withdrawals, and we will deduct the amount of CIC accordingly. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer supports if you found any unusual data of your account.
